still requires iCal and a memory hog

This little free app is useful, but sadly still requires iCal to be launched regularly in order for entries entered on an iDevice (and/or via iCloud) to register.

And its a memory hog: it easily reaches about 1Gb VM after a few days of uptime. I dont see why that would be necessary!
